The Big Kitchen/Dining area was set up with large groups in mind. It is ideal for school groups and the kitchen is set up for large scale catering for up to 100.
There are two cookers and an industrial stove, range hood, two industrial-sized fridges, a large deep freezer and a dishwasher (available for hire at an extra charge of $10/day). There are a range of pots and pans as well as other basic cooking utensils. Groups are expected to bring their own cutlery & crockery though sets are available for hire at $2/set (maximum 40).
The large dining area has ten tables with bench seating and there are two extra trestle tables available as well.
There is also a cosy lounge area with a wood burning stove and a number of settees and chairs.
